All sales are final unless there is something specifically wrong with the item. Which will never happen because we ALWAYS check quality before passing on to our customers. Refunds/exchanges for clothing items due to sizing, is unavailable. That is why we post size charts with each clothing item. PLEASE make sure that you use these when ordering.
